Glover & Whiteside LLP was established: to help distressed seniors and their families whose rights, dignity, or quality of life and care have been undermined; and, to support educational institutions seeking to lower barriers to individuals accessing their education. 

In advocating for clients, Glover & Whiteside LLP listens, evaluates rights, and articulates client options. Glover & Whiteside LLP resolves concerns by navigating clients through applicable laws, institutional policies, and agreements. Through its representation of seniors and their families, Glover & Whiteside LLP strives to empower and equip clients to advocate for themselves and for their communities. Glover & Whiteside LLP also partners with educational agencies to improve operations and services and to better support those whom the institutions are required to serve.

Glover & Whiteside LLP is currently representing clients in California’s Bay Area, Central Coast, and Central Valley.  So as to increase access to justice, attorney fees are reasonable and may be adjusted. Glover & Whiteside LLP also offers limited scope representation when appropriate.
